I've been coaching people through meaningful change for most of my career — first inside organizations, as a talent development and learning leader, and now here, in the space where health and life intersect. The setting has changed. The work hasn't.
I've been navigating chronic autoimmune illness for over 20 years. That's not a footnote — it's the thread running through everything I do here.
Through my certification as an Integrative Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I've deepened and specialized that practice — adding a whole-person health lens that most coaching never reaches. What I bring to you is the combination of over 15 years of coaching experience, evidence-informed health knowledge, and the genuine understanding that comes from having lived exactly what you might be navigating.
I work with clients managing chronic or long-term health conditions, navigating health transitions, rebuilding sustainable wellness habits, and finding their way toward a life that feels more intentional. I'm not here to hand you a plan. I'm here to help you find your own.

Not from a prescribed plan handed down from above, but from a deeply personal understanding of who you are, what you value, and what a genuinely healthy and fulfilling life looks and feels like — for you, specifically. That understanding is something we explore and build together, and it's where I find the work becomes truly transformational.
