Coaching that meets you in community.

Some of the most powerful shifts happen when you realize you're not alone in what you're navigating. My group programs bring the depth of 1-on-1 coaching into a small, intentional group setting — so you get real support, real connection, and real change.

"Group work, when it's done right, isn't a compromise on depth — it's an amplifier of it. Hearing someone else name exactly what you've been feeling is its own kind of medicine."

Two programs, one commitment — to you feeling better.

Each program runs in small cohorts so everyone gets real attention and real connection. These aren't webinars or courses — they're live, interactive coaching experiences with a group of people navigating something similar to you.

GLP-1 Support

GLP-1 Awareness & Management

Building the behavioral foundation your medication alone can't provide.

GLP-1 medications can be genuinely life-changing — but the medication is only part of the picture. What I see again and again is people who have found real success on GLP-1s and then struggle when the prescription ends, or who want more out of their journey than the medication alone can deliver. This program builds the habits, the mindset, and the lifestyle infrastructure that make your results last.

We work together as a small cohort — people who are on GLP-1s, transitioning off, or exploring whether they're right for them. You'll leave with clarity, sustainable habits, and a community of people who genuinely understand what you're navigating.

Wellness Foundations

Feel Well, Live Fully

A six-week reset for women who are ready to put themselves back on the list.

This one is for you if you've been running on empty for too long — if the demands of work, family, and everything else have left you feeling like a stranger in your own life. Not a crisis. Just a quiet, persistent sense that something needs to shift.

Over six weeks, we work together as a small group of women to rebuild the foundations of feeling well: sleep, energy, nourishment, movement, and the daily habits that make a real difference. Warm, evidence-informed, and completely free of the wellness industry's noise about perfection and quick fixes.

  • 06 Your personal wellness practice — leaving with something real, not a list of things to fail at
Autoimmunity & Inflammation

Living Well with Autoimmunity

For those navigating chronic autoimmune conditions who are ready to thrive, not just manage.

Living with an autoimmune condition is a particular kind of ongoing work — one that most health programs simply aren't designed for. Standard advice assumes consistent energy and a predictable body. You know that's not your reality. This program was built from the inside out, by someone who has spent over 20 years navigating chronic autoimmune illness herself.

We focus on what actually moves the needle: reducing inflammation through food and lifestyle, managing flares without derailing your life, and building habits that flex with how you feel — because a good day and a hard day require different things. This is honest, adaptive, whole-person support for the long game.

Health Design

Designing Your Health

A purposeful, values-led approach to building a health life that actually fits who you are.

Most people approach health reactively — responding to problems, following plans handed to them by someone else, and wondering why nothing ever quite sticks. This program flips that. We start with you: your values, your life, your vision for what feeling well actually looks like. Then we design from there.

This is for people who are done with programs that weren't built for them. Over six weeks, we work together to clarify what health means to you — not in theory, but in practice — and build something that is genuinely sustainable because it's genuinely yours. Think of it as the intersection of life coaching and health coaching: purposeful, creative, and deeply personal.

  • 03 Designing your vision — what does a genuinely healthy, vital life look like for you specifically?

  • 05 Removing the obstacles — identifying and working through what gets in the way of living the way you want

What you can expect when you join.

Live, interactive sessions

These aren't recorded lectures you watch alone. Every session is live, with real conversation, real questions, and real coaching. I'm there with you — not just presenting at you.

A small, intentional group

I keep cohorts to 6–10 people on purpose. Small enough that you're known, large enough that you feel the power of shared experience. Everyone in the group is navigating something similar to you.

Support between sessions

The work doesn't stop when the session ends. You'll have access to a shared community space, session recaps, and resources to carry the momentum through the week.

Evidence-informed, not prescriptive

Everything I share is grounded in behavior change science and whole-person health — and applied to your actual life, not a theoretical ideal. No rigid protocols, no one-size-fits-all plans.

Lived experience in the room

I bring over 20 years of navigating chronic autoimmune illness into every program I run. I understand from the inside what it means to manage your health for the long term.

Something you keep after it ends

Every program closes with a personal plan — something specific, actionable, and genuinely yours. You won't leave with a list of good intentions. You'll leave with a practice.
